I've spent over 25 years going to doctor after doctor with mysterious debilitating health issues. I've been finding some relief and empowerment with a refined toolkit, and I've got a thing or two to share and a whole lot more empathy and compassion for others on a similar road.
I am not a doctor, I certainly don't have the answers, and I am still very much in my own healing process myself. I don't expect it to ever truly end. 
But I can be there for you, to witness you, to explore together some tools that you might find useful.

I have begun to offer unique types of custom consults and sessions as an ally to other canaries seeking relief from illness and imbalance in their lives. I mix the energy healing and sound healing modalities that have been game-changers on my healing journey in private, personalized virtual sessions.

Because harmony heals harm. 

There are many different ways we can work together. Just book a general time to connect and let me know via email what kind of session and how long you were hoping for.

- Canary Consult session - When navigating diagnoses like autoimmune diseases, it can be hard to find someone who "gets it." I'd love to be a cheerleader on your team and provide peer-to-peer support as you wade through finding doctors, food, shelter, and other strategies needed to get through the experiences of misunderstood and under-supported modern chronic physical illnesses. We can brainstorm paths forward and answering general questions about topics such as:

• Van life and trailer life
• Mold illness healing
• Lyme Disease and chronic infections
• Diet and gut health
• Nervous system healing
• Chemical Sensitivity and detoxing
• Brain re-training pros and cons
• Advocating for affordable healthcare and navigating the dysfunctional healthcare system

- Sound Healing session
In 2020, I became certified in working with Reiki energy as a Level II Holy Fire Reiki practitioner, then in 2021 I became certified in working with sound healing modalities through The Sound Healing Academy of Cornwall, UK. After years of trying to address my physical illnesses with just more IVs and medications, herbs, and diet changes, I eventually realized that healing these types of complex illness often takes a whole mind-body-spirit approach. The voice and musical vibrations can be powerful allies on one's healing path, even if you've never even been sick. I like to co-create sound healing experiences that are either participatory - where you sing, move, make sounds with me - or receptive - you lie on your bed and listen through Zoom or past custom recordings if you don't have access to active participation. One on one or group available. Virtual only, unless by arrangement in the Pacific Northwest.

I have been inspired by "No Bad Parts" author Richard Schwartz and many before him who believe each human contains multitudes and it's through compassion for ourselves and others that we find a way forward, not through bullying or trying to exile the parts of ourselves we find undesirable. I like to treat my own parts of myself as an inner orchestra or music theater play cast. Everyone gets their time in the spotlight, everyone gets to sing their own song, everyone plays a role in the story.

These sessions can be done virtually one on one or with groups, either live with you on Zoom and/or as a recorded song and recorded audio intuitive reading that you can listen to at any time after the live session. I can do an energy healing journey as well and/or just a journey and intuitive reading without the custom song.

- Vocal Lessons - nourish your voice from within! 
If you'd rather skip all the sound healing stuff and just practice singing a Queen or Renee Fleming cover you've always wanted to try but have been too shy to do, I love encouraging people to nourish their own voices from within and do classic weekly or monthly "voice lessons" for all ages.

Everyone - especially within the disability communities during pandemics - have different access needs and I try my best to make my support services as accessible as possible while I also navigate my own access needs. Sliding Scale Donation information:
​I offer my gifts in the spirit of the gift economy with suggested donations on a sliding scale. I know many people are struggling financially, as I have been, and I believe access to allies on one's healing journey shouldn't be reserved for the ultra-rich who can throw down $6 million for an hour session. All donations are made as gifts and are not compulsory. Before our session, we may discuss what donation feels right according to both of our capacities of giving and receiving.

30-minute initial exploratory consult - FREE!

1-2 hour Canary Consult health peer coaching session - $15 - $100 sliding scale suggested donation
1-2 hour live Zoom sound healing or voice lesson session - $40 - $140 sliding scale suggested donation
1-3 hour live Zoom sound healing session + custom healing song - $75 - $250 sliding scale 

I put "bottom" numbers there of $15 for an hour sessions, for example, prioritizing BIPOC and low income canaries who truly are unable to give much due to systemic oppression, so if you give more towards the "top" number, then that helps me be able to offer my energy and time for those most vulnerable who aren't able to give as much. Thank you!

Combinations of consults and intuitive energy healing can be booked as live Zoom consults, phone calls, and/or asynchronous remote healing. If you are too sick to schedule a call or Zoom, we can try and arrange a way of working together in a way that is supportive and accessible to you based on your situation.

Important acknowledgment: All of my existence - from my housing to medicine to the ability to pay to become certified as a Reiki or sound healing practitioner - is only possible because of immense privilege I have in a system that is built on the deadly myth of white supremacy. I currently offer my healing sessions while staying on Serrano, Cahuilla, Chemehuevi, Mojave, and/or Duwamish, Salish tribes' stolen land. Colonialism has tried to wipe out and de-legitimize energy healing - a way of healing practiced for millennia by indigenous cultures around the world - and many white practitioners who are learning about the healing power of non-Western medicine may build practices in harmful, disrespectful ways. I am doing the best I can to respectfully employ long-before developed tools to help people break down imbalances and disease and help build health in their human bodies while simultaneously using what privilege I have to break down imbalanced systems and build systems of justice for all in society. But I will make mistakes. 

I encourage everyone who works with me to explore paying a BIPOC healer through networks like the Earth Pearl Collective and/or donating to BIPOC-led organizations like Movement For Black Lives or Red Road to DC. Since I offer sessions on a sliding scale suggested donation basis, factor in a donation to one of these organizations when you calculate what you're able to donate to me. Thank you.
